Christian Fusco is a teacher of the deaf and hard of hearing for the Philadelphia School District. He has spent the past seven years working at the John Hancock Demonstration School as an inclusion classroom teacher for students with mild to profound hearing loss. As a faculty member of John Hancock he has participated in many activities that help the school function. He chaired the School Advisory Council for two years. The School Advisory Council is a collection of teachers, administrators, parents and community members committed to writing the school’s Improvement Plan and allocating finances to enact the improvement plan through the budgeting process. He is also the building Technology Teacher Leader.
Christian is the Executive Director and founder of Network Philly Inc, is a Philadelphia based multi-media production company that produces professional quality high definition videos for clients. Network Philly also implements video production classes for youth in Philadelphia and its surrounding counties. He is a member of the Bryn Mawr Film Institute’s film education faculty. He is responsible for running their Summer Filmmaking Workshop for local teens for six weeks during the summer. He has filled that role for the Film Institute for the past six years.
Christian is a married father of two. He lives in Towamencin Pennsylvania where he enjoys bike riding, swimming and writing in his free time.
